His deep understanding and interest in the intersection of marketing, technology, and geopolitics makes him a trusted advisor to CEO’s, CMO’s, Boards and leaders in business, government, academia and non-profit sectors. He has conceptualized, crafted and led award winning marketing campaigns for some of the most recognizable brands in the world.

A frequent commentator in the media, Harjiv has quoted in leading global media outlets like The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, Financial Times, and BBC.

Since 2006, Harjiv has been a Trustee of The Loomba Foundation, a UN recognized charity, advocating the cause of 265 million widows globally. He also serves on American India Foundation’s (AIF) advisory board since 2016.

Harjiv is an Executive Fellow at Cambridge University’s – Cambridge Central Asia Forum. He received his master’s in international Affairs in Economic Policy Management from Columbia University.  He also has an MBA in Marketing and a bachelor’s in finance from The New York Institute of Technology. He also attended the Stanford SEED program at Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business.

Amardeep manages Gutenberg’s operations driving seamless running of accounts across its global offices. A leader, with over two decades of experience in Consumer Finance, General Insurance Logistics, Marketing & Communications among others. Amardeep helps the leadership team carry a financial understanding of the clients’ businesses driving communication strategies and to deliver client delight. Some of the brands that he has worked closely with, are Salesforce, Red Hat, Mphasis, KPIT, Mastek.

In a decade long stint with Gutenberg, Amardeep has played a pivotal role in organization building—wearing multiple hats across Finance, Business Development, Servicing, HR, and Administration. He has been an integral part of the journey that led to Gutenberg’s transformation into a global digital marketing communications agency.

Before Gutenberg, Amardeep held diverse roles in Transport & Banking Financial & Insurance Sector. He has also worked in a non-banking financial company and was an underwriter for general risks in the insurance sector.

Amardeep received his bachelor’s degree from Delhi University and has also received a diploma in financial and operational management. He has also undergone the Stanford Seed Programme that was successfully completed and implemented for Gutenberg. He is fluent in English, Punjabi, and Hindi. A cinema buff, a golfing enthusiast, and a globe trotter, Amardeep has travelled to more than 30 countries and believes that every place is unique and cannot be compared.

Christine oversees Gutenberg’s global strategic growth, with a particular focus on the United States. With nearly two decades of diverse professional experience, her journey spans tech startups, healthcare, finance, entertainment, consumer brands, and education, shaped by her work with global agencies and Fortune 500 brands.

She has partnered with leading brands such as Abbott Nutrition, Nestlé, Bed Bath & Beyond, Genentech, BioMarin, Sun Lion Films, PwC, Coldwell Banker, and Syngenta, making significant contributions to their success stories. Christine is widely recognized for her pioneering work in digital strategies, her certifications in HubSpot and Salesforce, and her leadership in guiding businesses into the digital automation era. Her expertise spans digital marketing, advertising, brand strategy, business development, public relations, events, and eCommerce. .

As a Bachelor in Arts – Strategic Communication from Ohio State University (OSU), Christine’s leadership shone through as the Vice President of PRSSA for two consecutive terms, providing her with valuable skills that have formed the foundation of her career. Currently, she is actively engaged in mentoring students at Otterbein University, Columbus State Community College, and her alma mater (OSU), nurturing the growth and success of the next generation. .

Beyond her professional endeavors, Christine is deeply passionate about real estate, golf, and design. However, her most cherished role is that of a mother, where she relishes the wonder of raising her daughter. Looking ahead, her aspirations encompass global travel and the pursuit of unique, once-in-a-lifetime experiences. .

Ranjani Roy

Ranjani’s career spans an intriguing journey through Public Relations, Account Management, Corporate Management, Business Development, Global Marketing and Customer Success. Driven by the passion to Never stop learning, in her current role at Gutenberg, she drives Talent Management. 

At Gutenberg, Ranjani heads the Strategic Talent Management and is responsible for all the Talent Management activities across Geos. In this position she is responsible for Talent Planning, and Strategies, Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, Performance Management, Compensation, and benefits, as well as strengthening internal team leads with business support in line with Gutenberg’s OKR’s.

Ranjani’s current role at Gutenberg is her second stint at the company. Earlier she was with Gutenberg for 10+ years during which time she was involved in several key roles across the organization, from launching a speakers bureau, that resulted in placement of clients in several forums across leadership and vertical specific events, to creating a client transition role, managing marketing, driving account management and media relations for clients such as Wipro Technologies, Salesforce.com and Convergys Corporation among others, in addition to laying the initial HR foundation. She was instrumental in setting up the Bangalore operations for Gutenberg.

Previously Ranjani has worked with EdGE Networks, an AI based technology product and solutions company focused on workforce transformation, where she serviced clients like HCL Technologies and Daimler’s Mercedes-Benz Research & Development India. Prior to that she has worked with companies such as The PRactice, where she managed PR outreach strategies for clients across technology, manufacturing and educational clients, freelanced for online retailer Fabmart.com, before its offline foray. Some of her internship programs includes reporting for The Times of India and copywriting for Grey Worldwide and MAA Bozell.  

Ranjani has a master’s diploma in mass communications from Symbiosis Institute of Mass Communications, Pune (India) and a bachelor’s degree with honors in communicative English from Bangalore University (India). 

Alessandro Magarini

Alessandro Magarini has spent more than 15 years as a communication professional, working in various industries, such as finance, technology, food & beverage, logistics, sports, education, and healthcare. He has successfully driven integrated marketing communication plans across several communication agencies in Italy and the UK and has worked for six years for VMware, the global leader in virtualization.

Alessandro has been PR Director at Gutenberg for more than 3 years, where he directs strategy, planning and management of PR programs for a variety of clients. He works with a range of companies in technology, education, and non-profit to help them develop and transform their brand and build awareness on their key markets. Alessandro has strong knowledge of sustainability and ESG and has implemented strategic programs and managed international events, managing government relations.

Alessandro has also worked closely with various start-ups, developing tailored plans to position their brand and their product on the UK and the wider European market and attract new funding and investors.

Alessandro holds a master’s degree in Communication for Public and Private Entities from the University of Studies in Turin and has knowledge of many European languages.

Dimple Khanna

Dimple brings over 20 years of experience in the communications industry, with a forte in driving programs for the BPO, technology, telecom, FMCG, gaming, and retail sectors.  In her current role, she is responsible for client acquisition and onboarding. 

At Gutenberg, Dimple has managed account planning, media relations and client servicing for marquee technology accounts. She was also responsible for establishing the firm’s presence in markets such as Pune and Hyderabad. 

Dimple has counselled start-ups and senior business executives on building external communication programs through industry workshops and panel discussions. 

She earned her postgraduate diploma in public relations and marketing from the YMCA Institute of Media Studies and Information Technology, New Delhi, and a bachelor’s degree in commerce from Delhi University.  

Priyanka Pandit

She works closely with C-suite executives and marketing leaders at US and India-based companies to develop effective marketing strategies. With a strong track record of success, Priyanka has served leading brands across industries including technology, lifestyle, defense investment, start-up innovation, and healthcare. Some of her notable clients include Tanishq, DSM Royal, Salesforce, and Progress Software.

Priyanka’s areas of expertise include 360-degree marketing activations such as brand messaging, media relations, media buying, media planning, marketing communications, and strategic communications. She is passionate about helping her clients overcome marketing challenges and achieve their business objectives. Additionally, Priyanka has a strong background in thought leadership and has helped multiple clients increase brand recall value.

In recognition of her professional achievements, Priyanka was awarded 40 Under 40 best PR professionals in India in December 2021. Prior to joining Gutenberg, she held positions at leading brands such as BBC Radio in New Delhi and HSBC in Hyderabad. Arlette Gomes

Arlette has 10+ years of experience in the Marketing & Business Development practice, having exposure across diverse industries such as Technology, IT-ITes, SMBs, eCommerce, and more. At Gutenberg, in the role of Associate Director – Marketing, Arlette works across markets such as US, UK, Singapore, and India and is responsible for growing the Business, Clients, Team as well as developing Marketing strategy in line with Gutenberg’s growth trajectory.  

Arlette is adept with a gamut of Marketing functions like content marketing, demand generation, inbound marketing, digital, and branding. She has worked with PR Agencies like Archetype and MSL Group, handling Technology and IT Clients and has been part of winning teams for the SABRE and PRWeek Asia Awards. 

She is a post-graduate of Xavier Institute of Communications, Mumbai, with a major in Public Relations and Corporate Communications. Her interests span from jamming to various genres of music, spending her free time baking, cooking, and unwinding at the beach. 

Susan Thomas

Susan Thomas contributes to Gutenberg’s strategy and works closely with the leadership across all service lines as well as the Sales and Marketing Team and consults clients such as Hitachi Vantara, Hitachi Energy and Public Health Foundation of India (PHFI).

Susan started her career with Elets Technomedia a media agency that provides a platform for B2B communications in the form of a news website, monthly magazine and trade events in India and the Asia region. After which she worked in the social development sector in progressively responsible communications roles.

She has over 15 years of experience delivering strategic communications for international non-profits, specializing in PR, branding, visibility, event management, print & digital communications, and content writing & marketing.

Working with reputed international organizations such as ActionAid and Digital Green with globally networked teams, she was responsible for marketing and communication of multi-million-dollar development projects in India and the Asia region. More recently she has been providing content services to start-ups and small businesses helping them craft messages that position them uniquely in their industry/segment.

With a keen awareness of the socio-economic development landscape and curiosity around how culture impacts social behaviors coupled with a passion for creating accessible communication for a diverse range of audiences (including individual and institutional donors, policymakers, influencers, beneficiaries) she has extensive experience in strategically deploying the right blend of ideas, tools, and communication channels to target specific audiences.

Susan completed her Bachelor’s and Master’s in English from St. Stephen’s College, Delhi University. Based in New Delhi, she is fluent in English, Hindi, and Malayalam. She enjoys reading, traveling, listening to podcasts on long walks, and spending time with family and friends.

Nalini Neha

Nalini brings over 15 years of experience in the field of communications and media relations, and has worked with a cross-section of clients in fashion, lifestyle, entertainment, healthcare, aviation, hospitality, technology, heavy industries and start-ups​. At Gutenberg, she leads the PR practice for the Mumbai branch​.

Prior to joining Gutenberg, she was with Value 360 Communications, where she handled a gamut of entertainment and start-up accounts, her responsibilities included managing the client, strategic counsel, team leadership and new business development​.

Also worked with Edelman Inc, Fleishman Hillard, Torque Communications and Reliance MediaWorks​, handling clients like Tata Sons, Tata Steel, Nokia, British Airways, Philips, Reid and Taylor, Hamdard, Escorts Heart Institute and Research Centre, HBO etc in the past​.

Her digital journey commenced at Adevrb.Inc, where she served as an Account Manager, offering media and creative expertise to advertisers and brands. Apoorva led the strategy development team and executed annual campaigns for brands. She has collaborated with prominent brands like Taj Holidays, American Express, Mphasis, Allianz Services, and Puravankara.

Before venturing into the digital realm, Apoorva also contributed to offline marketing programs for brands like Hewlett Packard and Penguins Promo Products.

Prior to joining Gutenberg, he was associated with Pixis, where he led the PR mandate for Pixis across MENA, APAC, ANZ, and Europe, he oversaw comprehensive public relations strategies on a global scale. In addition to this role, he collaborated closely with the events and demand generation team, harnessing the multifaceted power of communication to foster a favourable impact on the lead funnel.

Natashia Pereira

Natashia is part of the PR function at Gutenberg and works in the capacity of Associate Director at our Mumbai office. Her portfolio in the current role spreads across brands in the gaming, private equity and automotive tech space. She works closely with the communications team for our clients in Mumbai and Pune, including Zynga, BlueStacks, Kedaara Capital and KPIT Technologies.

Natashia also manages short-term projects for the company and has recently handled media relations for the Stanford Asia Economic Forum 2023, press coverage for the appointment of senior leadership at Universal NutriScience and Ami Lifesciences, communications for our investment portfolio company’s such as Oasis Fertility, Spandana Sphoorty as well as event coverage for haircare brand Streax Professional.

Natashia has around 8+ years of experience in communications with a strong hold on content and media relations. She started her PR career with us in 2015 and handled multiple clienteles including Vuclip, Streax Professional, Black & Veatch in her last stint with us. Prior to re-joining us, she was with Genesis BCW as part of their Pharma, Health, and Wellness practice. She was handling clients such as Jaslok Hospital, Sanofi, GOQii, IKS Health, P&G Seven Seas and Alchem International.

She holds a Master’s degree in Management studies, Mumbai and is a Science graduate from St. Xavier’s College, Mumbai. In her leisure time, she enjoys travelling, social engagements with family and friends and binge-watching content.

Apoorva Rajendran

She collaborates closely with the copy and art teams to develop campaigns that help her clients increase brand awareness, generate leads, and acquire new customers. She has 10 years of editorial and inbound marketing experience working with brands like McDonald’s, Tata Capital, Comedy Central, VH1, Emami, Kotak Mahindra, Doors Freestyle Grill, Cryo UAE, and Mapei MEA. She is passionate about the creation of content that transforms businesses through storytelling and focused message.

Apoorva holds a Diploma in Advertising & Marketing from KC College, Mumbai

Apoorva is a travel enthusiast, renegade foodie, part time blogger and full time story-teller. She is part of organizations such as Teach for India and Girl Up UN and believes that education shouldn’t be a convenience, but one’s birth right. She is an advocate of copies that are simple but hard-hitting, creative puns, good grammar, music therapy and great coffee.
